How does technology impact intrinsic motivation?

In this class my partner and I did research on increasing intrinsic motivation, specifically within literacy. We created a Tic Tac Toe board with various activities that students could do in order to share their interpretation of the book they had chosen to read. The Tic Tac Toe board included a variety of activities, both using technology and using their artistic abilities. At the end of the activity we surveyed students on the activity. We found that not only did students enjoy the Tic Tac Toe activities, but they loved being able to use technology to share their comprehension of the book. Overall, each student's motivation for reading increased, which we suspect will help increase their reading comprehension. Below are some graphs specifically related to questions asked on the survey.
