How can I provide leadership within my school for teachers who don’t feel comfortable using technology to increase literacy achievement?

Many years ago teachers would have never imagined using websites and different technology tools as a way to increase technology. Because technology is so much a part of our everyday lives, it is not essential that we start integrating technology into our daily curriculum. Not only is it important for our future generation to learn to read and write, but it is also critical that they become efficient at adapting and using technology. For my leadership project this year, I shared various technology tools with my colleagues and shared ways that technology could be used to increase reading and writing. Below I have shared some of the ways teachers at school have integrated the technology tools into their classrooms.
My principal and assistant principal wanted to come up with an unique way to use technology to welcome perspective parents, so they asked for suggestions on websites to use. I suggested xtranormal.com and helped them through creating their video. Below is their final product. It turned out wonderful and the parents loved it! http://www.xtranormal.com/watch/11569859/welcome-parents

During a PLT my team was interested in learning how to set up and use kidblog.org to increase literacy. We spent our meeting setting up their accounts, looking at the ways I used it in my classroom, and brainstorming other ways to effectively use the blog. Below are the links to the blogs some of my teammates used.
